Patriot Golf Day – Battlefield Golf Club
Battlefield Golf Club's 9th Annual Patriot Golf Day honoring the hard work, dedication and extreme sacrifices made by our military neighbors was held recently. Men and women of the armed services, business owners and other members of the community came together to enjoy the day of celebration in support of the Folds of Honor Foundation. The mission of Folds of Honor is to provide educational scholarships to spouses and children of America's fallen and disabled service members. Paige Nuss, daughter of the late Master Chief Jeff Garber, was presented with a check for $26,500 raised by the tournament.
